We stayed here for two nights after a trip from Yogyakarta. We've always stayed here when we visit Pangandaran. The place is nice, the atmosphere is cool. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. However, because it was the holiday season, the pool was a bit dirty due to the crowds, so we didn't get to enjoy the usually clean pool. Overall, it's still our family's choice. 😍

One of the best hotels in Pangandaran. The hotel is cool, perfect for bringing kids. The staff is friendly, but the only downside is that the snack area and water heater are dusty, seemingly forgotten to be cleaned. The food is delicious, though some of the vegetables were a bit salty, but everything else was delicious.

This hotel is really great, comfortable, great service, clean, and the facilities are really cool. All the employees seem happy working there. Parking isn't much, but it's sufficient and there's no need to worry, there's already a security guard. Swimming is open until 9 PM and the atmosphere is warmer than in the morning, afternoon, and evening in the hotel area. If you want anything you want, as long as it's reasonable and they can help, they will definitely help. For example, I borrowed a prayer mat for 3 days from the staff, which was neatly prepared and smelled good. If I go there again, I must come back to this hotel. I had a pool view room, next time I must try the pool access.

My first staycation here, with my family, I booked two new executive garden view rooms. The place was clean, the whole family was happy, the food was delicious, and the pool had a Balinese feel. It was a truly unique experience.

This was my first time staying at The Arnawa Hotel. It was a pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, the kids really enjoyed themselves because they had direct access to the pool, and the food was delicious and varied.
