I arrived at 2:30 PM, I thought the room was ready because check-in was at 2:00 PM, but it turned out I was still told to wait until after 4:00 PM, almost 4:30 PM in fact. I was disappointed, even though we paid a higher price than usual because Karimun was having a power outage. Okay, but please add more employees that day. Don't make excuses because it's crowded, Ma'am. Sorry, I had to wait a while. Even though we paid more than usual.

Alhamdulillah, my husband and I felt comfortable staying here. The food is quite varied, the staff are friendly, only there are a few things that are not so nice to see, like the dirty plates left by guests eating in front of the door, it took a while to be picked up. But overall, it was comfortable to stay here.

I had booked a double bed, but got a single bed because I checked in late.

Ordered twin beds but got 2 rooms with one bed instead.

Nice hotel with affordable rate at the heart if Karimun island town. Friendly staff, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nearby the main island jetty.

Location in the center of the town, near to the port, and clean and comfortable room. Good for business trip.
