The hotel is nice, in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the entrance requires a descent, and sometimes cars will take you down to the lobby. It's difficult to climb up because the climb is too steep. Consider building a parking lot upstairs, as not all cars can climb up. In the end, many customers, realizing the steep entrance, opt to book another hotel. It's a small thing, but it's one of the points customers consider.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we got a room overlooking Singapore. Fast Wi-Fi would be a huge help for our work.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable, clean, and the ambiance was very nice. However, there was a problem with the room lock sensor. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I could finally enter the room. Since check-in was quite late, I didn't check the room right away and went back out. But overall, the experience was still great, and I was happy with the room. Perhaps in the future, the room lock or sensor can be checked regularly to prevent the same problem for future guests.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.

Booked a stay for 2 nights, because I saw reviews from people that the place was good, but when I got there, I was a bit shocked by the condition of the hotel which looked old and the walls of the hotel were dirty, the atmosphere became a bit scary. I stayed on the 7th floor. When I took a shower, the drain was clogged, so the floor was full of water, in the end I only stayed for a few hours, the rest I offered my friend who used it (for free), I moved to another hotel.
