Pros: Friendly staff, pretty good for a boutique hotel. Cons: Small rooms. The food was good, but after a four-night stay, the menu didn't change until I got bored with the black pepper chicken, and it lacked variety for the price of 500,000 Rupiah/night.

Clean and comfortable... But the room is a bit cramped. It's close to Padang Beach and there's DIY right in front of the hotel, so if you need anything, just cross the street.

The check-in time was not as scheduled, instead we had to wait for 1 hour and 05 minutes, the bathroom area was not very clean, there were still traces of hair scattered in the toilet, and there was still black dirt on the bedsheets.

First time on vacation to Padang with family bringing small children, Balinese nuance hotel has a swimming pool, everything is good, friendly staff, fast check in and check out, clean room, cold AC, clean bathroom, according to expectations.

For checking out of the hotel, it is not recommended because the housekeeping took a long time and the receptionists just said 'wait a minute, sis' even though we had been waiting for quite a long time.
