At 9 a.m., while we were still sleeping, a housekeeper opened the door without knocking or confirming whether anyone was inside. Then, upon seeing that someone was still there, she closed the door without apologizing. This was the first time I'd stayed here without any privacy at such an early hour, and still far before check-out time.

I complained the air conditioning wasn't working. Then the service worker immediately checked the room's AC unit and fixed the freon. But unfortunately the AC still not functioned properly. Finally they decided to move us to new room. I only wait the room prep for only like 15 mins. It was very quick and responsible. Thank you Orchardz.

The hotel staff is very friendly in helping with the check-in process, the environment is clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the location is strategic, and the parking area is large.

1. The room was very comfortable and clean. 2. The toilet was clean. 3. The bed was clean and fragrant. 4. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. 5. The room was spacious. 6. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. 7. The lobby was clean. I was just a little disappointed that a 4-star hotel with a room price of around 600,000 Rupiah doesn't have a swimming pool. Even 3-star hotels in Jakarta have swimming pools and are cheaper.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also comfortable, the staff is friendly, but for breakfast service, children under 8 are charged again, but so far it's quite satisfactory.

Clean, friendly, close access to everything

The room is spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and efficient (yesterday I couldn't enter the room because it seemed like my card battery was dead so I immediately changed rooms, then the TV wouldn't turn on and someone immediately came to check, even though when I checked the TV suddenly turned on, they were still friendly), the variety of food at breakfast was also plentiful and all delicious. Definitely would come back here

The AC leaked at 1 am and almost flooded, and we were moved to a smoking room, obviously choosing a non-smoking room.

Staying here was very pleasant

When staying at a high school farewell event, the ballroom was nice and grand, but the food during the event was very disappointing for a hotel of its class. The containers used were bento boxes, not boxes that matched the price of the hotel, and the food tasted very bad. There were many complaints from parents of students who attended the farewell, but the breakfast was quite good. The downside is that there is no swimming pool. The gym has to go out of the lobby, so it is not suitable for bringing children. It is enough to stay here once and hold an event here.

The room is comfortable, clean, and quite big.

The place is comfortable, it's just a 4-star hotel but there is no swimming pool and we had to wait a long time to check in even though it was past 14.00...other than that it was good, the rooms are spacious and there are quite a lot of breakfast food choices, easily accessible by public transportation.

Overall the food is good. The only minus is the vegetable lontong.
