We encountered a swarm of ants on the bed. Thanks to the hotel management for providing a replacement room. The stairs to the room are quite steep, so please be careful. There's no elevator, but staff helped lift your luggage. The location is good for Ubud tourism, the breakfast is varied, and the staff are very helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fast service. Hotel with beautiful natural views & the sound of birds in the morning, the atmosphere is very calm.

There is nothing standard, the cleanliness is lacking, the food is very bad (not that the price of Covid is lowering the quality to that low), it means that a box with the option of fried rice or fried noodles is used which tastes chaotic. Towels are not available, after being asked it takes almost time. one hour for them to fulfill. I really can't recommend it for travelers looking for good quality at affordable, bad prices

great quiet feel at the room area, in the middle of the ubud city area, best of both world; food is not their forte, but hey, if you stay here at the citycenter, might as well explore ubud for food

Artini 3 Cottages hotel management is very cooperative and responsive. I initially booking 2 deluxe type (ordinary) to request double bed and downstairs because I was traveling with parent and small children. We upgraded to Type Super Deluxe room is larger and its position close to resepsionist so to my parents did not have to walk too far. Against local guests as well as good care, those one thing I really really appreciated.
