The room was actually clean, but the bathroom smelled, the AC wasn't cold, and there weren't enough towels. I checked in at 2:00 PM, and by 7:00 PM, the towels still hadn't arrived. Otherwise, everything was fine. Perhaps the AC could be checked or serviced, as the weather in Yogyakarta is very hot, so it was stifling to sleep at night.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The building is European-style. The rooms were comfortable. The kids loved being able to play in the mini playground and play on the PS4.

Recommendations for holidays with children

Next year if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was helpful. The hotel facilities have been upgraded, with a playground and a more aesthetically pleasing environment. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was good.

With such a cheap price, the service and breakfast are quite adequate, the rooms are comfortable and clean, but there are no smoking rooms.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel does not have an elevator and was helped with luggage by security, security was very helpful in delivering Gojek orders to the room. The downside is that I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room with a non-smoking sticker but it smelled really bad. The room had been opened for a long time, the AC had been turned on, it still smelled of cigarettes, there were cigarette marks in the drawer. I don't know if the sticker was just an accessory or what because I saw there was no smoke detector either. The bed sheets had large brown stains, please replace them if the ones that are worn out. The bathroom was clean but the toilet sound from the room above was very noisy, the room was not soundproof so the activities on the floor above were really disturbing, I really couldn't rest. The breakfast menu was quite good but not varied and the menu was finished and not immediately refilled, I was confused about what to get because it was all finished even though breakfast was at 8 o'clock, wow. The staff also seemed to be very few, the empty plates on the table were not cleaned in a hurry.

The room was clean, the service was good and informative, worth it.
