The staff was friendly, but the Wi-Fi in the room often went out of service. If you wanted to use Wi-Fi, you had to go to the waiting room downstairs.

After entering the room, I could smell tobacco. The floor was dusty both in the bedroom and the bathroom. The wall was also dirty. The bed sheet was clean, the bed and pillows were soft. The AC was cool, although the fridge wasn't working. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was okay for the price, especially since this hotel was just beside the main street.

The room is quite spacious. The en-suite bathroom is convenient, so you don't have to queue with other guests.

The sheets were extremely dirty and unsuitable. Towels had to be requested and were torn. The room felt damp, and there was no electric kettle provided.

Complaints about the crowds on the 3rd floor disturbing people who were resting were not responded to by the hotel at all. The service was very bad.

I didn't check the food box because I didn't have breakfast. The hotel itself is fine; I've stayed there twice and found it quite satisfactory.

AC, hot water not working, noisy

The room smelled really bad of cigarettes, the windows were full of dust, the walls were dirty, the back of the door was really dirty with lots of cobwebs, the table lamp was dead, there were curtains but no windows in certain rooms. The toilet water smelled really bad of chlorine and the door was often banged on by unknown male guests claiming to be in the wrong room.

The quality of the room is that the AC keeps turning on and off and the hot water doesn't work either, so it's really bad.
