I think the location of this hotel is strategic because it is located on the main road. The parking area is also spacious. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast menu is more varied. But in my opinion there are several things that need to be improved. The room should be renovated & the bed also needs to be replaced because it is not comfortable. Cleanliness also needs more attention because there is dust on the furniture. The sheets, pillowcases & towels are no longer white, they should be replaced with newer ones. The restaurant area where breakfast is served looks cleaner and tidier. I think it would be a shame if renovations are not carried out soon, because it could be left behind by new hotels, because the hotel's location is already good.

The room is clean, the AC and refrigerator all work well. Ample parking.

The TV itself can't even stream Netflix or YouTube. My suggestion is to switch to Google TV.

Bfore this hotel was my first choice whenever im in bandung fr business trip but few months bck they hv a new rule that is fr extra pillow will b charge as other 3 star hotel they hv 1 extra pillow in the room fr free. Ac is cold n the staff r helpful. Breakfast less variety but taste is nice fr the grilled chicken. Nearby hotel lot of culinary.

Upon check-in, I was given a room on the 5th floor, which only had two rooms available. I then asked to change rooms because there was an event going on in the ballroom on that floor. I was given a room on the 3rd floor, which is all smoking, but the room smelled really bad. I asked to change rooms again, but they finally told me to choose a room on the 3rd floor, which didn't smell as bad. Thank you for your help with the room change.

The room is large, there's a pool and a fridge for storing food. It's close to everything, so I'll definitely be back 😍
