Stayed 2 nights. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. AC & Refrigerator normal. Strong water. There is a hot shower. Breakfast is okay. Parts to note: • The first day just wanted to enter the room, the access card did not work. The second day in the afternoon, the same incident again. • The first day there was no toothbrush provided, the second day there was. • The hot shower had to wait ± 5 minutes. • There were still stains on the bedsheets.

Ordered online through a third party and got a room on the 3rd floor, the room was quite clean and the food was standard but delicious.

The service was friendly, and the price was also reasonable. It's close to several dining and coffee shops. However, the bathroom's cleanliness needs to be re-evaluated; there's a lot of dust on the curtain.

Even though everything is okay, the only thing is that the restaurant for breakfast should have a no-smoking area.. because the smoke really bothers other guests and makes them lose their appetite. I feel sorry for those who bring small children who are exposed to cigarette smoke, I hope you can reconsider banning smoking in the restaurant area so that guests who are bothered by cigarette smoke can come back. Service is ok, the room is clean and according to request, TV is ok but can only see 4 regular channels even though there is Netflix, YouTube and others but can not be seen because there is no connectivity, it is very unfortunate. Check out time can be maximum, there is no Wi-Fi.
