Upon check-in, the staff was friendly, but it turned out the room access card wasn't working, so we went down to the lobby and were given a manual key. As soon as we entered the room, there was water right under the AC, which must have been leaking from there. Then we went to the toilet, but the toilet couldn't be used. We tried calling the front office from the room, but no one answered, so we went back down to the lobby and the staff were chatting. Since my wife and I were tired from flying, we asked for the toilet to be fixed, and it finally worked. We didn't have time to take any photos because we were tired and lazy, but the staff took care of everything.
