The cleaning lady showed no hospitality. I apologized for trying to pass by while she was mopping, but she just pouted. There was no drinking water in the room, no mat, and when the AC was turned down, the room became damp and the floor wet.

More comfortable in the future

Our out-of-town business stay was very comfortable, clean, and close to our destination. Thank you, and we hope to see you again.

The room was clean, the bed was quite big even though it was a twin bed, and the staff was on standby even at night.

Strategic location & affordable price

The food is really good, the menu is extensive, and it's affordable too. But what I really highlight is the service. To Mas Rikoo, thank you for giving me a free iced tea because my food was 4 minutes late. Best of luck!

Upon check-in, the staff was friendly, but it turned out the room access card wasn't working, so we went down to the lobby and were given a manual key. As soon as we entered the room, there was water right under the AC, which must have been leaking from there. Then we went to the toilet, but the toilet couldn't be used. We tried calling the front office from the room, but no one answered, so we went back down to the lobby and the staff were chatting. Since my wife and I were tired from flying, we asked for the toilet to be fixed, and it finally worked. We didn't have time to take any photos because we were tired and lazy, but the staff took care of everything.

The friendliness of the staff can cover up the shortcomings in other aspects, keep it up.

It's really bad, the AC isn't cold at all, even asked to change rooms, the AC still isn't cold. It makes it impossible to sleep.

Good, close to the terminal, lots of food stalls, friendly staff, only the room cleanliness is a bit lacking.

Overall, it was quite pleasant to stay here.

Good budget hotel, nearby train station of Bandung

The price is affordable, but you get a very comfortable hotel! It's cool, clean, the room is spacious, the bathroom is inside, and the TV is a smart TV. The location is strategic, close to the mall, and there are lots of food options. I'd suggest improving the Wi-Fi speed, as the signal on the 6th floor is intermittent. Other than that, it's really good, it's comfortable, and I'll be back!

Very satisfied, the AC had a problem with it not being cold. I immediately responded by changing to a room with a really cold AC.

The room price is 400,000 Rupiah, but I think the facilities are not quite right for that price. I got a room with a leaking window, causing water to leak onto the floor. Furthermore, there was no mineral water provided in the room. The room was quite spacious. There was only one slipper. So far, the most annoying thing was the window leaking water into the room.

How many times have I had this room? Now there's no kettle, no toilet paper, and only one toothbrush. But the problem remains the same: slow Wi-Fi.

Everything is safe, the water heater works well, the mattress is clean. The curtains are a bit wrinkled, but the refrigerator isn't cold enough, and in the morning, it suddenly floods the floor. The service is good.
