Breakfast served in room, it was awesome though.

Very Good for a Staycation with Family

The toilet water is small, the bathtub water is a bit dirty.

Overall good, but for this time I didn't get complete amenities and no sandals in the room. I've stayed many times here, but unfortunately for this time I got a poor room. I hope the management could check all the rooms and make sure the rooms have the same standard.

but for the reception staff, especially the little girl, they seemed very idealistic and not flexible in providing services...even though every holiday I definitely take my children there we came before 2 pm with the excuse that the rooms were full and BLA BLA blaa laah told us to wait Until the hours before I stayed cation, the staff were very friendly, you know eehh there were guests who paid on the spot, why were they allowed to go in directly pay online or pay on the spot even though both are paid, you know hopefully it can be a correction for the service

The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities are complete, it is close to Tangerang City, and there are many dining options outside the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms, it turned out that the air conditioner in room 1 was very hot, then a technician came and advised us to move rooms. I went straight to the receptionist and was given a new room. The service was okay, but in terms of the facilities in the room, maybe it needs to be repaired and upgraded again because like the TV, there are many remotes that don't work and too few channels and the picture is not good. The AC also needs to be checked regularly. And the floor of the room is very dirty so my feet get dirty quickly

The front office has no integrity. Initially, they refused to store breast milk in the freezer, until finally I met another guest who was allowed. When I reconfirmed, the FO had changed shifts, and finally the FO of the next shift, Mr. Yoga, agreed. Thank you very much, Mr. Yoga, I pray for many blessings and that all his affairs will be made easy. For the FO of the previous shift, may his life be easy too, even though it does not make other people's affairs easier.

The staff is great - super friendly. Also the pool and garden is very nice. Clean room with good sound isolation. The breakfast offer could be a bit better but overall the hotel restaurant is also very good. Thank you for the stay (already stayed there 3 times)!

Recommended, there was a slight problem with the TV but it was immediately fixed and replaced with a new TV by the staff quickly. The room, atmosphere, facilities and food are quite satisfying. The staff is very responsive and friendly.
