steady and pleasant satisfactory service

Strategic location in the middle of Maumere city. Very good for a small city.

The room I stayed in was big, but there was no ventilation (window). The breakfast menu was not very varied.

The staff service is very good, friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. But a little note for the pool so that the water can always be cleaned so that visitors can use the pool facilities.

Strategic location but the bathroom is not proportional to the placement of the sink and is too humid until the floor of the room is very wet. Service at the restaurant is also not thorough. It is also necessary to add that the food menu for breakfast is very dry and not varied.

I just booked a room for 1 night just for a special event. So choose the room with the highest rate that is still available. But when we arrived at the hotel, the FO was given a room not as expected! The room is smaller, the bathroom is narrow, the bed is also hard. Of course, I immediately made sure to go to the FO section, luckily I wanted to immediately change to the actual room. After arriving at the room I was supposed to be in, I realized that the FO had deliberately given me a room I wasn't supposed to have. Are you feeling disappointed? That's for sure :) If I didn't complain, I definitely wouldn't know what the room I was supposed to be like, and I would definitely underrate this GW hotel because I paid for something that wasn't worth it. So the rate for the room division (reception section) is 5/10, bellboy staff and others are 9/10.

The place, rooms and facilities are comfortable, the service is friendly and responsive, the variety of food is quite complete with good taste and quality.

Room quit small. Bathroom small and strange layout. Bed has strange smell form room spray or purfume. Just sleep and go. Near by the Ende airport just 5 minutes by car.

Unfriendly welcome, no help with the luggage and no excuse at all that the pool is out of order. Even though there were almost no other guests we were given a room with no window which we did not accept and had to pay extra to get a room with a window. We cannot recommend a stay there.

Clean rooms. Clean bathroom. Hot water works. Excellent.

The room does not match the price charged. The room had such an unpleasant smell that we couldn't sleep. The room tv didn't work at all.

Room. Dirty and smelly. Breakfast only white rice. Egg omelet. There is a fish menu but the fish is not suitable for consumption. Very disappointing.

In terms of standard facilities, but the service is good. The distance to the Airpot is also very close.

Hotel facilities such as showers are not maintained properly so the water is not smooth.

small room (compare to berlian hotel I went before with that room rate, I prefer berlian hotel ende) AC didn't work well, smell of the animal of the neighbour was very very annoying...
