Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were all friendly and polite. There's a shuttle bus service because the hotel is so spacious. The room we booked had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and we were worried it wouldn't fit our whole family, with 1 large adult child and 1 small child. It turns out the "large" family had a large bed, masha Allah. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was smooth, the TV had many channels, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Unfortunately, the bathroom needed a lot of work. When we arrived, part of the sink faucet was loose but still usable. The flush button on the toilet was also due for repair, and an unpleasant odor was coming from the sanitary duct. It was okay, I managed to put some mothballs in to reduce the smell. But we didn't regret staying here. The swimming pool was nice with clear water, and the view, masha Allah, was really beautiful. The kids loved staying here. Next time, God willing, we'll stay here again. Thank you Kusuma Agrowisata.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, the room is very clean for an old hotel but clean. The service is quite okay, but please help the lady at the reception be more friendly to the guests, she seems less friendly to the other staff, it's really okay. For the room, the mattress doesn't sag, that's important, the hard type is good. For breakfast, the food is just so-so, not very good or very bad, but the food is varied so you can choose what you want. If you bring a big family, it's suitable here because it's very comfortable there is a playground for children too. Overall, it's worth a try.

I booked a triple bed room with a double bed on the app, but after I checked in I got a triple bed room instead. I ended up going back to the lobby to re-arrange things, and it turned out that the hotel staff had the wrong room. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.

The receptionist was friendly, and it's a bit far to get to your room, but there's a shuttle for those without a car or motorcycle. I was satisfied with my stay here, and I checked in late at night and was well-served.

Recommended Hotel!!! I was given two adjoining rooms, close to the hotel's dining area and swimming pool, with a beautiful view. The staff were excellent, and the security was excellent. Again, a recommended hotel in Batu!!! Keep it up!

I think this hotel is kid-friendly, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean... Hopefully I can stay there again next time and there are promotions for bookings via the app...

A suggestion for motorcycle parking: Hopefully, next time you come here, motorcycles will be able to park inside. There's R2 parking in front of the 800-something rooms, but there's a sign that says a sticker is required. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay ☺️

Check-in for a five-star hotel takes too long. The promised 3 p.m. check-in time was 3:15, but it still hasn't arrived. Check-out for a four-star hotel also takes too long. Hopefully, this will improve. Personally, I'll only stay here once.
