The room was nice, the breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The only thing that was annoying was the parking. I stayed for two nights, but the valet parking was far away, making it a hassle to get the kids' things from the car.

Very impressive. The location is close to town, the bedroom is clean, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the TV works well, and the parking lot is spacious. However, the hallways are a bit dirty, and the trash cans are still visible when entering the elevator. There's a swimming pool for both children and adults. The waiting area near the pool is comfortable. The shower rooms are also good. So far, I've been pleasant and have not disappointed.

I checked in at Grand Savero Bogor on the 1st and checked out on the 2nd. I left something behind. I reported it by phone on July 4th and was told I would be contacted again, but I haven't heard anything yet. I tried calling again, but the phone went unanswered, even though it was at the front desk. I also sent a WhatsApp message to the official Savero Hotel Bogor number on July 5th, but there was no response or answer from the hotel.

The location is very strategic, the staff is very friendly without exception. The breakfast selection is very varied and delicious. The service is very responsive when we encounter problems. It's kid-friendly, highly recommended for families, even for celebrating anniversaries. Free slices of delicious cake.

I've been here three times because it's close to everything. I'd like to see the parking area expanded, as I always find it hard to find a spot when I return late at night.

Strategic location. Spacious rooms, great amenities. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Friendly staff. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Bogor.

The room and toilet were lacking in cleanliness. There was a lot of hair, urine, and dirty water. The breakfast was lacking. Photos are not allowed on the hotel grounds. Of all the 4-star hotels I've visited, this is the least recommended. Grande Pajajaran is still a better option in Bogor.

The room wasn't very big, and at 11 PM the AC in my room leaked, so I had to turn it off. I also found the breakfast to be less varied.

A strategically located hotel, close to the train station, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and numerous malls. Highly recommended for staycations, and also suitable for families. I'll probably return next time if I want a staycation.
