Friendly staff, clean rooms. Early check-in was well-serviced and very helpful. The restaurant is okay. The only thing the rooms need is more lighting (the rooms are quite dark).

The place is nice and comfortable. The stairs up to the room are a bit uncomfortable.

The room was stuffy. The bathroom shower was broken and had little water output, and the water heater was dead. The swimming pool was like a shallow bowl, very uncomfortable. It was very noisy when it rained. I regretted staying here.

If you stay overnight, it's better to wear a thick jacket because the walls are made of bamboo, as the name of the hotel says. So it's cold, 14 *C, penetrating to the bone 😁😁

Everything is the best, the atmosphere, the service, the price is also okay. The food is okay, only maybe the breakfast menu is slightly different every day, because I stayed 5 nights yesterday so I was confused about what else to eat, but the menus are delicious. Chicken porridge & fried rice are never missed 🤤. Oh yeah, there are also outdoor & indoor children's games, because I brought my child so he was happy. Thank you, next time I hope I can stay in another room type too 😍

The hotel was quite nice and clean. It was close to the Floating Market where we played. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. A suggestion would be to add a cable reel in the room, as it's difficult to plug in the cables underneath and hidden.

The bathroom drain takes a long time to drain, but other than that everything is fine.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The bathroom didn't provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. The water was freezing cold. There was a hot shower, but it probably needs replacing. The room was comfortable and spacious, accommodating four people. The Wi-Fi was slow, however.
