People want a staycation to improve their mood and make them happy, but when I entered the room, the first thing that put me in a bad mood was the hot water not working properly. It was still not hot even after a long time, it was in a cold area. Isn't there a room check before guests arrive? In the end, the staff kept going back and forth to fix it. Secondly, tea and coffee making facilities were provided, but there was no coffee, tea, etc. There were no slippers in the room. Then, in my opinion, the bed was too high. Then, in my opinion, the lighting arrangement was not appropriate, because it was directed directly above the bed and pointed at my head, so it was dazzling. Furthermore, the food was not very varied and the food tasted too much like MSG, which made my mood even worse.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The car park is spacious, but there's only a small area for motorbikes and no canopy. Hopefully, the motorbike parking will have a canopy in the future.

The rooms aren't soundproof, especially upstairs. The street noise is very noticeable, making it uncomfortable for people on lower floors.

The hotel needs rejuvenation and attention to maintenance and cleanliness, as it feels very different from my visit four years ago. But overall, it's great.

The hotel staff is friendly & very cooperative, it's just a shame that the maintenance of equipment such as TV, electric kettle, is lacking. When I stayed, the TV & telephone channels were down, the electric kettle was also down but it was replaced but what is very unfortunate is that the hotel does not provide written regulations that every hotel guest has the right to comfort to stay there, because there was a group of guests with children & brought a guitar, laughing loudly while their children ran around in the wooden hallway, can you imagine .... at 10 pm it was still noisy like that, but fortunately the hotel quickly anticipated complaints from guests who felt disturbed.

At that price, it's not worth it with a stuffy room and small bed, plus the breakfast menu has no taste, it's bland.

Overall it was ok, but unfortunately I got the room at the front & downstairs, so it was too noisy with the vehicles on the road passing by.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security is responsive, the hotel is comfortable and close to the town square, the atmosphere is cool, and the hotel makes the kids feel at home because it has a swimming pool and playground facilities 🫶🏻. I will come back again when I visit Lembang.
