Initially given room 517, but the AC was not cold, immediately moved to room 511. Nice, clean, cold AC, but when it rains heavily the roof leaks (please fix it), leaks dripping onto the bed and can be upgraded to another room, but because the rain stopped and it didn't leak anymore so I still stayed in the old room. Breakfast is delicious and varied, there are Palembang specialties that change every day, really like the mie celor. Friendly staff. The location is near Icon mall, just cross the street, 3 minutes walk to the LRT. If you go to Palembang, you will definitely come back to this hotel.

The location is close to PS Mall and PIM Mall. PS is just a short walk across the street, as it's really close. Food is also easily accessible, as it's right next door to Alfamart.

Room 319, the spring bed is no longer suitable

The room smells and the toilet is dirty, many of the facilities are broken, the room door is not secure and the staff and HK are not on standby 24 hours.

Overall, it was good, but the bathroom was flooded... After cleaning it myself... There was a blockage... It hadn't been cleaned and checked for a long time. The food during sahur was lacking in variety and was lacking. Even something as simple as bread only had butter... There was no jam or chocolate sprinkles. Improve the service further.
