I chose the deluxe balcony, it was a nice and clean room. It wasn't scary because it was behind a busy residential area. Room 2.3 had a noisy AC, so please service it again. The bidet wasn't powerful enough, so the floor was wet. Just a little bit of fixing would make it perfect. The sheets smelled of cigarettes, maybe because someone was smoking in the storage room? God knows best. Thank God I brought linen spray so I could fix it myself. Overall, it was good, the room was spacious, bright, and warm. Comfortable for a single staycation.

The location is very good for holiday plans in the upper Dago area, according to the price offered.

The location is close to our destination to Nature Tourism & Lembang, Sarae Hills, noisy sounds of vehicles & mosques in the early morning, Wi-Fi is not available/confusing, AC is problematic, there is no elevator to bring luggage to the 2nd floor, but the room is comfortable & spacious

Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and the large windows provides a stunning view of the outdoors. The room and bathroom were also clean. Hot water was flowing smoothly. There's no swimming pool or cable TV, so it's suitable for those just looking to sleep. There are plenty of eateries nearby. Hotel parking is limited.
