The hotel is close to everything, and the afternoon receptionist is good. However, the morning receptionist was very rude. The breakfast was surprisingly good, although there wasn't much choice. The mattress in the room was stained, and the bathroom was also quite basic. The AC was very cold, and the TV was very functional. Room service was fast and excellent.

I was just a bit disappointed when booking, the picture said there were 4 pillows, but in reality there were only 2. - The location is near a traditional market, a bit congested and dirty. - The breakfast menu has very little variety. - We were scammed with a fake order, either from a guest or a naughty employee. When I wanted to check out, I was charged for french fries even though I never ordered them. The employee who testified said it was me, even though at that time my husband and I were outside the hotel. In the end, they couldn't prove the accusation with the CCTV evidence we requested and there was no apology whatsoever for wasting our time before checking out. Thank you, this will be our first and last time staying at the Ardan Hotel.
