I clearly booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room. The smell from the surrounding area, coupled with poor ventilation, still made the sheets smell of cigarettes. Very disappointed. Maybe smokers can't tell the difference between the smell of someone smoking in the room and not, but if you're sensitive to cigarettes, it's really stinky. I won't be coming back. 1/10

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, complete facilities

Very comfortable, only the sound of the motorbike is noisy

The room was nice and very cozy, with a pleasant ambiance. It felt like a comfortable boarding house. The hot water was always on, so you didn't have to worry about running out.

Rooms near the road are not recommended, they are very noisy from the main road, they are not soundproof, but all the facilities and services are ok.

I stayed in room 107 but the AC was broken and I was moved to the top room. Everything was fine. Maybe the AC should be checked again before guests move in.

Calm and even crazier, they also provide instant noodles + eggs haha, the kitchen is clean So far it's been really good, the service is also really good But if possible, please add a mirror in the room or is there a plug in the toilet so you can pee while looking in the mirror Overall, it's really good

The comfort of the bed sheets and blankets needs to be improved, some of the shower heads have come off.

The sheets are thin, many have holes, never been changed. The ends of the mattress have many cracks in the wood. For all the interior is no longer suitable for use, must be replaced. The mattress springs have sagged, the bed frame makes noises.

The toilet/WC had a problem not being able to flush, but after complaining, it worked again, overall it was okay.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I've stayed here several times because it's close to the office, so far it's fine, if I may suggest, install a mirror in the room 🙂

A really cool hotel, and more attention is paid to the availability of logistics in the kitchen.

the waiting area outside the room is comfortable. inside the room is also comfortable. the guard is friendly and visitors can get a common kitchen facility for simple cooking or getting cold water. there is a small refrigerator in the room. comfortable for an affordable price in the Cipete area. maybe it needs a little improvement on the window covering because it is difficult to roll up and a faster response when calling the admin to borrow items such as a hair dryer. the phone was not answered, I took the hair dryer directly to the officer who happened to be not far from the room. the rest is comfortable.

The AC is not cold, no toothbrush provided.
