It's a pleasure to stay at 101 Urban Thamrin. The location is strategic, especially on Sunday mornings when there's CFD, just cross the street. The breakfast menu has a wide variety, but it's a shame the elevator has to be switched, especially on weekends, and you have to be a little patient. Highly recommended.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. When checking in, there were lots of strands of hair on the floor tiles, as if they hadn't been swept by the staff. The room was in an old building. The sofa needed to be washed/cleaned, with lots of stains and wasn't comfortable to sit on. We were only in transit for one night and had to go to the station in the morning, so we didn't have breakfast. Hopefully the room cleanliness will improve.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the security guards are especially vigilant. Guests are treated with utmost care, without exception.

I like this hotel, clean and staff service is very kind. The location also very good, near the city, mall, and other shopping centers.

It's fine. It's just that the hot water in the bathroom isn't hot, even though the faucet is turned all the way to hot.

So far I've stayed here twice, it's good but the phone is dead in the room.

The best hotel when in Central Jakarta

Fun for a staycation with family in Central Jakarta, easy access everywhere and pocket-friendly prices... Awesome

Staying here in the lobby, the room smells good, but the room smells bad, the cleanliness is dirty, there is still a lot of dirt from previous guests... the existing facilities need to be replaced. Expensive

Booked a non-smoking room for 3 nights because I was traveling with kids, but was given a smoking room because it was full. When checking in, the receptionist said that everything had been sterilized, but when I entered, I could still smell the smoke, especially the pillows. My child coughed all night and couldn't sleep because of the smell of cigarette smoke, and the surrounding room also smelled. The wallpaper on the walls was peeling, and I got a pillow that was already flat and had foam, although it was eventually replaced with another pillow.

Comfortable, cheap accommodation, close to everywhere, the trans route is also not far, the breakfast is great, you can eat as much as you like.

the bed mattress was in very bad shape and condition. it should be changed with the new one. Because the bed hurted my back when I wake up

The hotel is nice, the staff and receptionists are friendly, the best thing is there is a gym on the 7th floor and a swimming pool on the 6th floor... The atmosphere in the swimming pool is awesome... The rooms are spacious. The hotel is close to Monas.... Recommended. My suggestion, ask for a room on the 6th floor that directly leads to the swimming pool... You can leave your suitcase if you still need something but have checked out...

for a short business trip staff were friendly and accomodating -thanks for the welcome snack- at the roof top there were "Langit Seduh" cafe atm at the front yard the nearest transjakarta halte is jembatan serong and kebon sirih (walkable distance) the room is spacy, ac+wifi works, tv channel so so all good except the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working, hot water just warm, no bath mat theres pool beside the main building which guest able to use start from 6am-10pm also night sky viewing and also if you need to buy something there is a convinient store behind the hotel, and you need circled around to reach it
