The staff is very friendly... the room is clean. The menu is varied... I've been here several times and never get bored.... Highly recommended with an amazing view

Just a tip: if you want a room near the pool, lobby, or restaurant, it's better to choose a superior room and ask for a mountain view. Hmm... so beautiful.

for inside the room it's okay.. but outside the room is very scary... I was put in a room that is far away from the main building.. so when I checked in I had to bring my vehicle to go to the hotel room which is a building far away.. I checked in at night.. the first impression was like an old building from the outside. pitch black and there was only my vehicle at that time when I stayed.. it seemed like I was alone in that building.. the surrounding area was empty and far from the main building. so at night I didn't dare to leave the room.. just a suggestion even though it's a different building please improve the lighting at night.. and one. please give 1 person to guard the building whether to make a mini lobby or what give 1 person as a guard.. because I'm really scared.. for the room okay.. it's standard...

First and last time staying at this place. I just entered because the Traveloka app gave me a good review with a view of the room which I thought was not bad. But it was a dud, I checked in at 11 PM because of the long trip from Madiun, the walk from the lobby to the room was very long and dark. It turned out I was pranked because the room was full of dust, not very clean and smelly. The twin beds were put together with one blanket, one white and the other yellow. The curtains were covered in insects, making me even more uncomfortable. My complaint was not responded to properly, so I finally decided to upgrade, adding 200. I was still told to bring my vehicle because it was in a different building. You know what's funny? The receptionist didn't even apologize and there was no good response to the inconvenience I felt at this hotel. I'm not someone who likes to criticize or make a big deal out of simple things, but this was too much and hopefully it will be a benchmark for other guests. Bad experience ever 👍🏻

The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, cool, clean, and very comfortable for all activities, whether alone or with loved ones. Everything, from the rooms to the cafe, and the menu, is delicious, and the view is truly extraordinary. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay here.👍

A hotel with its own terraces with mountain views, tall trees and beautiful natural scenery, at night the view of the city lights can be seen from above, good photo spots, good and friendly service.

First time staying here, MasyaAllah the staff are very friendly, the swimming pool is clean, the food is delicious, the room is comfortable and clean 🥰, the yard is spacious, the view in front of the room is directly to the jungle cafe, at night you can walk around the jungle cafe.

Quite enjoyable, as presented

My second experience staying at Grand Whizz. However, this time the check-out process was quite long, perhaps because it was a holiday, so it was very crowded.

To get a mountain view room, you have to go down two flights of stairs from reception. There's no elevator. The hotel is a bit old, but it's okay. The view is really nice. The food is quite good. It's close to the Panorama Cafe.

I've been to this hotel several times because of the beautiful views. Very disappointed with the receptionist/FO who didn't take the initiative to show me a wheelchair-accessible path. (My mother uses a wheelchair.) FYI, I got a room near the Panorama Cafe. Luckily, a bellboy kindly showed me a detour that was wheelchair-accessible (although it required going down one floor, it wasn't as steep as the first option the receptionist gave me). I understand that during peak season, there might be a lot of demand. If you can't provide directions, perhaps you could call the relevant team/bellboy to help. The bathroom cleanliness was very poor during the school holidays. Although there were only a few, there were stool marks on the floor and the drain was overflowing due to the dirt. The food was also bland, and refills were delayed. I'd like to see improvements, especially regarding wheelchair accessibility for the elderly. Thank you in advance.
