very helpful for workers who are assigned to Jakarta in the Cilandak area....comfortable place, close to all public places, relative price, atmosphere, etc.

Oh my god. Please avoid staying here. Cockroaches and many bugs in the room and common room. Nobody cleans this property. So dangerous to stay here.

There is no swimming pool, the atmosphere is different from the one in the photo. The room tends to be dirty, on the second day I asked to move rooms, then I got a fairly clean room.

Service.-The staff do not clean the rooms daily.-The staff did not help me carry my baggage during check out.-There was no security guard or recepsionist.-The staff watched TV at night and talked loudly, sometimes even shouting. Facilities.-Everything was old and dirty. Cleanliness.-The bed smelled bad.-People smoked outside the room and the smell stayed in the room.-There were shoe marks on the walls.-The cabinet smelled bad and was broken.-The bath mat was old, smelly & wet.

Next I will stay here again.

For the price of 250 thousand, it is quite good because there is a central swimming pool facility that can be used, the location is close to shops and minimarkets, the hot water works well, and the air conditioner works well, the service is friendly, just adding that the cleanliness of the room, sheets and towels can be improved. Lokasi dekat fasilitas umum. Kamar bersih dan tenang. Pegawai nya ramah.

Seprai nya kaya engga dicuci, gagal banget setiap tidur dikasurnya, sama lantainya seperti engga di sapu.

Very dirty, for 250 thousand it's not worth it, the sheets smell like they haven't been replaced, the plan lasted only 3 hours, it didn't last, finally checked out. The bathroom is dirty too. It's really bad.
