The staff was friendly and polite. I arrived early and when the room was ready, I was let in early. I also got snacks like bread, coffee, and tea. There are also lots of food vendors across from the hotel, including Pak Ateng's delicious meatballs 😊

If you go to Malang, you will definitely go to Hotel Wilis because it is comfortable, friendly, and also close to tourist attractions.

The staff were all friendly, the rooms smelled nice and clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. All the amenities were excellent, especially the hot shower in room A9. A small suggestion: a water heater would be even better.

The hotel is very clean, with plenty of open space. Since I'm a smoker, the terrace in front of my deluxe room allows me to relax. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty, but not intrusive. The price is very reasonable, but the room is very comfortable. The location is close to Klojen Market, just a short walk away.

Good stay in there. When I go to Malang, I stay there for a budget hotel.

I often stay here when I'm in Malang. Before COVID, they had pecel rice for breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, and you can check in early if there's a vacancy. The room and toilet are clean. Unfortunately, the towels are a bit old; they should probably be replaced. It's only a kilometer from Malang Station, so it's really close. The room is spacious for three people.

The place is clean and comfortable, the location is strategic, the facilities are quite complete, and the receptionist is very friendly. It would be even more comfortable if the smoking area could be moved to the back so guests arriving to check in wouldn't be immediately greeted by the smell of cigarettes. But otherwise, it was very satisfying.

I enjoyed my stay here, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the bathroom was also clean. I'll stay here again next time I visit Malang. Recommended.
