The hotel staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The swimming pool facilities were great.

We recommend staying here, close to Batu town square or paragliding, and the hotel is very nice, it's on the roadside, but unfortunately it's undergoing renovations so there's a lot of dust.

Friendly staff, good service, close to the city center, but when I went there the hotel was under renovation so it was a bit uncomfortable, because there were a lot of workers, the swimming pool was a bit dirty because of renovations, if I go to Batu again next time I still want to stay here, thank you #kamar107

It's pretty good, but there were people smoking right outside my room. We have a toddler with us, so perhaps a dedicated smoking area would be better.

I stayed here when I got a discount. Unfortunately, they were under renovation, so the pool was dirty, and the elevator wasn't finished yet. Luckily, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was responsive when needed. I'll be back when the hotel renovations are complete.

Our weekend at Hotel De Wahyu was a great experience. We checked in a little late at 5pm due to traffic from Karangploso. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who showed us to our room. We then received a breakfast voucher for our choice of breakfast. The room faced the pool and had a view of the mountains. The sheets were clean and fragrant. Toiletries and towels were provided for four people, and there was air conditioning. 🥰 The Wi-Fi was a bit slow. 🙁 The restroom was clean and had hot water. The kids went swimming the next morning before breakfast, but the water was very cold. 🥶. The breakfast at the restaurant was a 10/10 because it was delicious. There was fried rice, corn omelettes, soy sauce chicken, chicken soup, rice pudding, bread 🍞 with sesame and butter. Drinks included tea, coffee, and milk tea. The location is close to the city center, across from the official residence, I forget what it was, but it's next to the district government office. There was only one thing missing from the hotel. When I was there, they were renovating the rooms, cafe, and elevator, so there was a lot of dust on the first floor. Luckily, I was able to request a room on the second floor so I wasn't exposed to the dust pollution. It was also a weekend so there weren't any construction workers, so it wasn't noisy. Overall, Hotel De Wahyu still gives me a 10/10. I think I'll stay here again next time because it's close to the city center and has a swimming pool 🥰

The location is close to the city center, but the rooms aren't great. Hot water is difficult to get, and you'll have to wait 5 minutes. There's only a cheap room for four adults.

The room is quite spacious and there is a sofa bed in the room, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the room lights are very dim, the room is dusty, the sheets are dirty, there are no tissues, even though they were asked for them, they weren't given them, the hot water didn't work initially, but after being informed, it was turned on. Dust is everywhere.

Breakfast takes a while to refill during the holiday season. Dust is understandable, as it appears to be under renovation, but cobwebs abound, especially in the upstairs dining area.

The hotel staff is friendly but does not arrange the car parking so that customers are confused when they want to go out, the car keys are collected at the reception but the parking is not arranged. The hotel is dirty because it is undergoing renovations but at least the lobby area should be swept. The room is not a hotel, it is more like a boarding room, I think De Wahyu is not good enough to be called a hotel. Please improve not only the outside but also the inside, such as the room lights, look for suitable ones, not just bright ones, the bathroom lights are super orange, the bathroom water is very small, the toilet needs to be replaced with a new model because the flush releases little water so it needs to be flushed 3 times to be completely clean.

The hotel staff is friendly, but perhaps for room facilities such as bathroom amenities, there were none when checking in and there were empty bottles from previous customers that had not been cleaned.

It's okay, close to the town square and souvenir center. Maybe the TV is a bit problematic. I can still go there again.
