Clean room, location close to everywhere

This was my first time staying at this hotel, planning to find a hotel for my wedding anniversary. Finally, I searched on the app and found this hotel and saw the reviews from other guests, all of which were positive. The room pictures were also okay, so I decided to stay here for a day. For the relatively cheap price, I didn't expect the room to be that nice and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and quite spacious too. Then when I opened the curtains, I got a view of the mountains, oh my God, it was really great. The staff were also very friendly, and the hotel lobby area was also very clean. I was really satisfied staying here, and I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Malang. The only downside is that there is no mat in front of the bathroom, so after coming out of the bathroom, the floor gets wet. Maybe next time they can put one so your feet won't slip when you get out of the bathroom. Otherwise, it's good, thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is close to Batu City Square and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is connected to a restaurant, so you can easily order food and have it brought to your room. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Room 301. Everything's great except the TV is blurry. I'd recommend a set-top box, Boss, for some in-room entertainment.

I've stayed here twice and the room I was given didn't match what I booked on the app. Maybe the staff could be friendlier.

Parking is convenient, right near the lobby, without a long walk. Since it's in the same area as Jatim Park, it's a great place to spend time with the family. Unfortunately, it was foggy when we got there, so the atmosphere was really cool 😄
