I extended my stay here and requested a room with a view as requested. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were excellent, especially Ms. Lidya and Mr. Modjoe, who did their best to help me. I'll be back next time. Thanks.

This hotel is strategically located in the city center, but unfortunately, the reception staff are less than welcoming. Their curt tone, sullen expressions, and the way they look guests up and down with unpleasant glances make them feel uncomfortable. Hopefully, management can provide better customer service training.
