It's quite clean and the room utilities are quite good.

Daima Hotel is next to the noisy road Jl Jenderal Sudirman, however, the room is nearly quiet as long as windows are shut. 👍 Staffs are nice and helpful, as I asked one of them in a non-service office area about the gym location, she showed me the way anyway. 👍 However, the gym equipment is quite limited and very old, perhaps this can be improved.

The smell of the room is a bit unpleasant, just the smell of the bathroom.

After checking out, my colleagues and I planned to head straight to the hospital for training. We had already booked a driver online, but all drivers were fully booked due to the rain. At that moment, I was incredibly grateful to the receptionist who was willing to call an online taxi. The AC in the room was no longer working, and the quality was also unfit for use. The toilet didn't smell good, and there was no air freshener. The staff at check-in were rude even though I asked them nicely.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

I was unlucky enough to get a room with a cockroach on the coffee table. And there were three in the bathroom. It was so ticklish, but what could I do? The staff was friendly, so I reported it and they sprayed it again that afternoon. But the cockroaches were still visible. Oh well.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the kids loved it. The hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was very fast. The location is also strategic, close to shopping centers and restaurants. I will definitely be back again :)
