The hotel is very homey, with friendly staff and owners. Upon check-in, we were given a welcome meal/drink of fried bananas and cold honje juice. The owner usually greets and interacts with guests during breakfast. The breakfast menu is mostly delicious traditional food. Before check-out, the hotel staff washed my car without asking.

Only got one night, very satisfied staying here, the staff are friendly, West Beach is just a short crossing, the room smells clean, comfortable in short.

The service was excellent, with all the staff friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth staying here. I'll be bringing my extended family next time. 😍

The first time I stayed here was a very pleasant experience, the kids were happy, as soon as we arrived we were treated to a welcome drink and snack, every afternoon there was a coffee break, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff were friendly and the owner was very friendly, all the guests were greeted, the hotel was very close to the beach, just walk, the room was clean, it was just a shame the AC in the room we stayed in was leaking so the floor was always wet, but overall it was a satisfying stay here, it was a shame we only stayed for 1 day ☺

The hotel staff was friendly, although a bit small due to the hotel's small size, but comfortable and able to handle the guests. The air conditioning was cool, and the toilets were wudu-friendly. The rooms were a bit cramped, making it a bit difficult to pray, but overall, it was very nice. The breakfast menu was also delicious, including traditional desserts.

There is no need to doubt that all the staff are friendly, the service starts from the lobby, the welcome is served with the typical welcome of "honje juice and fried bananas", and in the morning the vehicles we bring are already clean and we just give as much as we can.

It was really nice staying here.... Hopefully another opportunity can staycation at this hotel again... Asking for an additional happy honeymoon is free, there is no increase in additional charges, and there is also a balcony, my husband who likes to smoke can be on the balcony... The staff is very friendly, the owner is also on standby during breakfast.. the owner is also no less friendly than the staff. The security guard for vehicles in the parking lot is very good. I don't give tips, but I personally still give them... The car's engine is still shiny even though during the day the strong wind brings dust, but the vehicle is always shiny

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is very close to West Beach, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel area is very busy, close to food and souvenir shops. All the staff were very friendly, the hotel atmosphere was very comfortable, and the hotel owner was very welcoming. Everyone in the hotel was greeted kindly.

The hotel staff are friendly and the owner is also super nice.. The service is very good.. My family and I have been staying here every time we go to Pangandaran.. The atmosphere is very comfortable and very homey so it makes us feel at home for a long time 🥰 The food is also delicious.. I really like the Soto.. There are afternoon snacks too.. The location is right in front of the beach, just cross if you want to play in the sand.. And the ATM is right next to the hotel.. And our car was already really shiny in the morning 🫶🏻 Basically Nyiur Indah Beach Hotel is the best

It was very comfortable staying at Nyiur Indah, the staff were all friendly, the owner was also super nice, the food was all delicious, it seems like it will be the main choice if you go to Pangandaran.
