The staff was quick and immediately provided instructions when the room's AC leak occurred, but why wasn't it checked first before the guest moved in? But it was resolved properly 😇

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the floors were spotlessly clean. The hotel smelled of spices, making it truly comfortable.

for the junior suite room type (320) needs a little improvement especially the room area.. there are still items left behind and the water in the bathtub is cloudy and there are no bath towels available. for the TV there is still no YouTube and Netflix available. the environment is very quiet and comfortable even though it is in the city center. the location is very strategic right next to Galeria Mall and the staff are quite friendly.

Checked in as a family. We came exhausted, had a great sleep, had a full breakfast, and then checked out as happy customers.

I came to the hotel at 4pm, travel by car from Temanggung and it was so tired yet the room was not ready. Once its ready, they gave us wrong room, smaller than what we booked. And then they change the room into the room we’re booked. I don’t know why it is happened, but for me, it’s not a good hospitality services… Other than that, quite nice… location are close to the mall and Gudeg Sagan (our favorite)…. Wifi connection also quite good.

The hotel room is like an old building that has not been renovated, there are many yellow stains on the mattress and towels and the toilet is a bit dirty. The food is very less varied, there is only 1 choice of side dish other than the request for eggs. The room is not very soundproof.

The staff are friendly, the service is okay, all were given a room with a balcony, the room is clean, only a few towels are dirty. Other than that, everything is okay and comfortable.

A hotel in the center of Jogja city located near the Mall, culinary places and famous hospitals, also near UGM Campus. Minimalist rooms with quite complete facilities!

clean and spacious room. the bed is comfortable, not sagging, the sheets and towels are also clean. for the double bed room, the TV channels are only local TV (no cable TV). but it doesn't matter because you only need to rest comfortably after being tired of going around Jogya. rarely can you sleep well in a hotel on the first night, but at J Boutique Hotel you CAN sleep soundly until morning👏👏 Thank you for your service. may you always be successful.

Fast check-in and check-out process, friendly and polite staff. Clean and spacious room. Interestingly, there is a koi pond in the hotel restaurant, we even had time to feed the fish with fish food provided by the staff. Next time we go to Yogya, we will come back again. Thank you h boutique hotel.
