I've stayed here three times. The location is strategic and pleasant, but behind the hotel there's an empty villa that's a bit scary. It's a bit of a pain at night. Hopefully, the hotel will buy it and expand it further.

The experience was quite impressive, especially the location is very strategic so you can see a very beautiful view.. Everything is ok, only the pool water is dirty 😔 I want to swim even though the AC can't be cold, there are lots of small animals in the room... Please pay more attention.. The rest is ok, nice 👍

Friendly staff, overall good, not too big but almost everything is there, close to everywhere, but the cleanliness of the pool is something that really needs attention.

The view from the hotel balcony is very beautiful, the swimming pool is kids friendly.

Everything was great, but it was a shame that there were so many animals in the room. I booked two rooms, both the same, and I ordered the family room, but there were cockroaches and geckos in the other room too.

The hotel environment was less than clean. The swimming pool was dirty, with many of the pool tackle broken, and the jacuzzi never turned on. The food selection was limited and all of it tasted salty.

Wow, the staff and security were a mess, no one helped me even though I brought my child with me, I know I have my stuff, but when I stayed at the hotel in Kayutangan, they still helped me, I also gave them a tip, so in the future, please help guests who are having trouble with their luggage.

Friendly service, both at the reception and other staff. The atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and serene. The swimming pool water, however, was murky. The sky lounge is a great place for Instagram-worthy photos.
