The service was decent, and the staff were responsive, but compared to other hotels at the same price, the amenities weren't up to par. Airport transportation, which had a rather pricey surcharge, and amenities like the shower stall that didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't lock, were a concern. They could probably improve.

This accommodation only offers rooms. If you're staying overnight, please bring your own towel and sandals. The surrounding area is convenient for finding food and hanging out.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, but luckily the AC was good so the air was quickly neutralized.

The location is still okay, with plenty of food vendors. However, the rooms are very uncomfortable and feel dirty. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. It's fine for transit, but not for overnight stays.

When I arrived, the sheets hadn't been changed, but when I told the staff, they immediately changed them, so it was okay. If there's anything, just tell the staff and they'll help you right away, they're friendly too. The room does need to be renovated again. I booked two rooms, one of which had a broken bathroom door, peeling wall paint, crusty bathroom floor, and stains on the walls. The AC was very cold, very good, the water heater was also safe, the TV was also okay, it could be turned on, and they also provided mineral water. You have to ask for towels before they're given them. I booked a non-smoking room, which smelled good. The place is close to minimarkets, snacks, laundry, and so on. The location is about 28 minutes from Soetta Airport.

At that price, it is worth it, but the cleanliness of the bathroom must be considered.

Overall, this accommodation is really good, I think the management should try to go directly to the field to see what is lacking and what needs to be improved ☺️

The service was good, and the room was well-priced. The room I got was clean and tidy.

The hotel staff was quick to respond to our chats and quickly responded to services like the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future so we can achieve the best possible performance. I give it a 100/10.
