Some of the playground equipment, particularly in the area near the wooden house, is worn out and may pose a safety risk to children. The wooden bridge has deteriorated, creating a potential slipping hazard that could result in injury. In addition, the trampoline appears dirty and would benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the playground should be improved to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children.

Check-in time was 12:00 PM because there were no guests the day before, so it was quick. The staff were all friendly and quick. The atmosphere was very serene and suitable for children. There are lots of games inside. There are two swimming pools. At breakfast, you get a discount for one child, instead of paying for two. Overall, it was really great, you won't regret staying here.

best hotel experience 😭very cool even though from the beginning of check-in until midnight it was pouring with rain, I could only stay in the room 🥲it's a shame I could only do my activities the next morning by waking up early 🤣overall okay very fast service, very friendly staff, lots of free complimentary, everything according to my and my family's wishes, unfortunately I forgot to exchange the welcome drink voucher 😂hopefully I can go back there again, and hopefully I win the giveaway this May and go back there😍super recommended... hopefully my family and I can go back here again🤍🤍🤗

For the experience I got was very good, I booked at The Cave which was still in the finishing stage area. During the day it was noisy with workers and smelled strongly of paint materials. Facilities & comfort are complete. Check in was easy. However, the friendliness and service need to be improved when there are guests arriving by 2-wheeled vehicles, the service is not as loyal and friendly as guests with 4 wheels, the impression of discrimination still exists even though not all staff. Even though those who come by 2 wheels do not necessarily not have 4 wheels, maybe it is just a hobby/experience.

Top service, spacious area, lots of activities to do in the hotel area, at night there is a campfire and games for the kids, the food is also delicious, request b'day decor for the kids, thank God they were given decorations plus a birthday cake too, plus it was also celebrated by the hotel staff.. Very memorable for our family.. Hopefully we can go there again and try another room.. 🥰

For those who like activities, this hotel is perfect, with its many play areas. The staff is friendly, the shuttle bus makes getting around the hotel hassle-free, and the food is delicious. I'd definitely stay here again next time.
