First time staying at this hotel, very satisfying in terms of price, location and service.

The quality of the hotel is quite good and the cleanliness is excellent

The executive room felt like a standard room. The Wi-Fi was terrible on the 4th floor. There was no soap or shampoo available. I thought changing the name of Hotel Bumi Asih to Pia Hotel would be better. It turned out to be the same.

The staff was friendly, and the dining atmosphere was comfortable. However, the room was a little spooky when you first entered. Some of the walls were damp, adding to the eerie feel, and the lighting was dim. But that depends on the individual.

The check-in time was long, and the bathroom smelled of cockroaches, and the lights went out in the morning.

The elevator is broken. Have to access the stairs to the room on the 3rd floor back and forth. Grgr.

The room was dirty and dusty, then the elevator was broken, I was told to take the stairs to the 6th floor. The staff said it was being repaired but it wasn't at all. Then there was an unpleasant smell in the room too.
