For delicious food, the price is also worth it and it's delicious👍. Overall, the hotel service and facilities are quite good. However, there was something quite disturbing during our stay: three cockroaches were found in room 102. Hopefully, room cleanliness and pest control can be better maintained to ensure guest comfort.

I booked an executive room. The room was apartment-like, with a small balcony at the back. But what was really surprising was that after Maghrib prayers, I was suddenly served free snacks and fruit, which were quite delicious. Thanks, Mega Hotel and Resort. I really enjoyed the service 😊

There are centipedes in the bathroom, please repair all the gaps in the bathroom, especially the gaps in the ceramic tiles and the drain hole.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, there is a refrigerator, water heater ❤️🥰. Only for breakfast, make a different menu every day because staying 2 days with the same breakfast so it's a bit boring 😁. But for the hotel and facilities, it's very comfortable 🤩😍

Hotel staff were on standby at the front desk, even though I checked out at 5 AM. 😁 My room was quite clean, with hot water for a shower, and a full range of hot water, coffee, sugar, and mineral water. I didn't have time to take any photos as I was just in transit.
