It's quite far from tourist attractions and culinary delights, but it's perfect for business events. The bed, bathroom, and closet were clean. When we checked in, we were given a room with a broken AC, but luckily the receptionist acted quickly and changed us. Overall, it was OK.

Check-in at 10 o'clock at night, at midnight I went down to smoke, when I came back I couldn't get into the room, the lock was broken, a technician came and fixed it and said it would take 15-20 minutes, but by 2 o'clock in the morning it still didn't work.
