In all my stays at various hotels in Indonesia and abroad, this is the first time I've seen a room without a telephone. It's seriously below expectations. If it weren't for the urgency of having one, I would have booked another hotel. Suggestions: Add a clothes hanger in the bathroom, improve the bathroom door lock, and check it before giving it to guests.

I took a deluxe room hoping for hot water for a shower, but there wasn't any. The sheets and blanket smelled of smoke, and the pillows were very hard. The TV wouldn't work, and the door to the room was broken on its hinges. Breakfast was terrible, and it was already gone by 8:30, even though the cut-off time was 10:00. The hotel seemed neglected.

The hotel lobby's air conditioning was broken. There was only one small pot of tea and coffee for all the guests, and it was gone, and they wouldn't refill it. The food was awful, like a street stall that costs Rp10,000. By 8:30, there was nothing, even though breakfast was due at 10. It would have been better to skip the breakfast if that was the case.

The room needs to be renovated, don't just because of the promo you are given a room that is not very good and has drool on the pillowcase but after complaining, the pillowcase is replaced

The staff service is friendly, but the cellphone signal is very difficult, so you have to move rooms to get a signal, while there is no wifi.

Clean hotel...near Al Makmur Oman Mosque...breakfast according to hotel rates.

Sorry, but this is the first time I stay in a place that is no longer worthy of being called a hotel. There is no lighting outside / terrace or anything to indicate a Medina hotel (I checked in at night), does it have to be that economical? I have to turn twice to get there. Hot water comes out small even runs out, shower with cold water only, toilet flush does not function normally, the price is still expensive. My advice should be closed rather than detrimental.

The hotel is not good, the TV is fuzzy, there is no broadcast requested, the fix cannot, the air conditioner is not cold enough, just the first and last stay at this hotel.

The room was not clean, the TV was on but there was no TV broadcast, the air conditioner was noisy and the smell was not good, the bed was crumpled, the electrical wires were scattered, it wasn't really good just didn't fit the photo in the description.

The condition of room facilities is not in accordance with what is in the picture, the furniture and other equipment are very poor and poorly maintained. It should be a standard 1-star hotel, the price does not match the facilities we receive, it is highly recommended that you stay here.

The bathroom door was broken, and there were insects when I arrived. Some lights in the room are dead and happen to get a room that has no window so the condition of the room is rather dark. There is only one socket so when you recharge your day the cellphone cannot watch TV. The ceiling of the room has a lot of dust hanging like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.
