It's a shame that the corridor to the room is stuffy and hot because the AC isn't turned on.

The receptionist service is really rude. It seems like the service from the app like this is given a bad room. It's happened often.

Actually the hotel is nice, but the cleanliness is lacking, and the receptionist service is really rude, far from friendly.

We chose Serrata because it is close to our friends. I have stayed there several times over the years. The bedrooms are big and clean. The bathrooms are old and dirty. The pool area and garden are always clean. The food is disappointing-many things on the menu not available, the food that was available was basic.

got the deluxe double type, the size is big for 2 people. the room is also very spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. the TV screen looks good, it doesn't break, there is also a fridge + a kettle to heat water, there are 2 guest benches under it, there is 1 more bench in front of the glass, the room is spacious, I'm satisfied, it's a relief, the minus is that for some reason it's very difficult to manage the water heater Well, sometimes it's only hot for a few seconds and then it's not hot anymore, you have to turn it off and then turn it on again if you want it to be hot, it's a bit complicated and tricky. But overall, overall it's very comfortable! the staff is also friendly, everything is clean, although the vibes are like an old hotel but it's still comfortable^

The hotel was great. Location was good, near to recreational place. But the room ambience was old and need a little renovation. Overall it was a nice expereince to stay in Pondok Serrata Hotel.

Hororr! Kamar pertama ditempatkan di ujung belakang lantai 2 di depan tangga darurat yang gelap tidak ada lampu. Kamar pertama ada ghost di kamar mandinya & ada kecoa. Untung akhirnya bisa move to kamar di lantai 1 yang lebih nyaman.

Kamarnya luas banget, kamar mandi juga luas, anak-anak bisa berenang.

Due to the effects of the covid pandemic, the hotel is rather quiet. Maybe the management should try to promote spy guests who stay more crowded and improve the facilities to make it more comfortable 🙏.

Pelayanannya bagus banget mulai dari resepsionis sampe office boy, kamar luas, bathub dan air panas oke, TV jernih, kolam renang bersih dan bisa renang sepuasnya, recommended banget dengan harga segitu. Dan yang paling penting akses jalan sangat strategis dan didukung dengan parkir mobil yang memadai.

In general, the only good facilities are the swimming pool. The air conditioner isn't cold (already complained and changed rooms, but still not cold). The bathroom is bad, the bathtub leaks can't be used, the water doesn't flow smoothly, hot water doesn't work either. Several dark spots coupled with the presence of statues, make the hotel feel scary.

The bathroom in addition to the sink, toilet, the old bathtub was also not cleaned, on the sink table there was lizard droppings and dust. Room boy is also not friendly. The lighting in front of the hotel is also dim. If you just upgrade it with a strategic location, it can become a vintage hotel.

The cleanliness is very, very lacking. As soon as you enter the room it smells. Moist. Looks like it hasn't been used for a long time. Dirty bathroom. A lot of cobweb dust that is not cleaned. The room is spacious, the interior is outdated, even the bathroom door can't be closed tightly, the lights are dim, there are 2 bed lights and even then they don't work.

Lokasi oke, karena dekat dengan Transmart Setiabudi dan swalayan. Hanya saja akses menuju kamar agak creppy but setelah tamu lain check in berasa rame. Kamar mandi lampu redup but no problem.

The lights are not bright, the water heater sometimes turns on, sometimes it turns off.

No breakfast, long check-in process.
