The room was clean, but the pillowcases hadn't been changed, and they smelled a bit like someone had used them. The food was probably because I like it savory, so I found it sweet, but it was pretty decent.

Open all the coro doors, cockroaches everywhere. There is also a crazy person on the 3rd floor stairs sleeping on the stairs. Zero cleanliness. Bad experience.

Saat check in kamar yang dipesan tidak sesuai, tv rusak, dan saat minta ganti tv disuruh pindah kamar ehh malah dikasi kamar yang kecil dan sempit. Kalau pelayan karyawan ramah dan sopan.

Jika sudah pesan kamar dengan spesifikasi tertentu, dan pas check-in dikasih kamar dibawah yang tertera di aplikasi, jangan sungkan-sungkan untuk komplain ke resepsionis nya.
