The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the rooms and toilets are very clean. You can rent a motorbike which makes it easier for us to go anywhere. The room size is sufficient and not too narrow/wide. For culinary lovers, the food may not be so good. But overall it can still be enjoyed 😁 Next time I will stay here again ♥️

the experience of staying here with my wife is quite satisfying. both the quality of the room overall is good, except for the TV that can't open Netflix at all. the bathroom is also spacious and there is hot water. room necessities such as water and tea coffee and sugar are refilled every day. so are soap shampoo toothpaste and toothpaste. the room also has air conditioning and a wardrobe and a table. there are terrace facilities even though my wife and I took a non-view room but were quite satisfied the pool facilities are also good, there is a boat deck too and can be used as a photo spot. breakfast also varies from heavy to light meals. juice coffee and tea and cut fruit are also complete overall 8.7/10

the hotel staff is not good enough to give notice. I was even reprimanded by the owner because I was told to pay more for food for children. It would be better if during check-in the procedures there were explained in detail/when entering the dining area they were asked how many children there were and what age they were charged. and the staff are not very friendly

want to come back here strategic location in front of the hotel there is a minimarket quiet view of breakfast directly to Lake Toba if there is time to come back here again😊

1. Value for money 2. Close walking distance from the hotel to surrounding, had a good dinner at Ginger restaurant. Young chef but good food 3. The bath room is run down and badly need maintenance. The hot water was not working and had to call in the maintenance crew but they were not able to fix it so had to bathe in very cold water. Only the next day, hot water was fixed. 4. Tap water is not drinkable don't use to brush your teeth - across the road has convenience store to buy your portable water. 5. Breakfast was good but the same for days - they have cats meowing for food at your feet. The ambience was beautiful with the lake view having breakfast

Everything is okay, very comfortable, it's really suitable for finding peace, sorry to the owner, yesterday we played UNO noisy, until we were reprimanded (politely reprimanded though) hehhehehe but it was really our fault, because the others were already resting and were afraid of disturbing other guests, but whatever, I WANT TO COME BACK HERE 🥹❤️❤️❤️

Lots of mosquitoes, hot water doesn't work, smelly room, lots of ants on the table, broken sink tap, unfriendly staff, room conditions don't match the photos in the app, small and narrow room, limited parking space.
