Good price for a 3 bedroom villa. The location is quite okay because it is close to sunset road and the center of Seminyak. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa should be improved. There is a room air conditioner that is leaking until it floods, the sink is also clogged and some parts of the building look poorly maintained and not yet finished. But overall is pretty good because the price is affordable for the 6th.

The villa is nice, quiet, comfortable, just a little input give a little extra trees in the pool area and the toilet downstairs smells a bit.

Cleanliness is less. Lelum check-out time has been ditongkrongi when we stay at mamam lights shorting. The eating utensils are dirty, as they are already unused. The area around the empty front of the villa kebon empty so somewhat creepy impression
