Hotel Staff is Friendly, But Standard Room Size is Too Small

Friendly staff, good family-friendly service, can relax for families, close to the beach really makes you relieve fatigue from work.. I only have one suggestion for the hotel, please improve its cleanliness so we can pray cleanly without sand.

The room was outdated, with many things broken, dirty, the bed hard and uncomfortable, and worst of all, the room wasn't soundproof. The noise from the cafe downstairs and the thumping bass were very noticeable. I couldn't sleep because of the noise. After complaining three times, I finally asked to be moved at 11:45 PM WIB, and was given a different room than the one I booked.

I've been a regular here every time I visit Sibolga, it's always great. Thank you.

Hotel Pia is under renovation but the renovated part is not closed at all, so dust goes everywhere, even into the room, have to ask to clean the room twice. The noise of the renovation is terrible. And the renovation items are also lying around. Luckily we were outside the hotel all day. In my experience, hotels in Bali that are also under renovation, they closed all the renovated parts neatly, nothing is visible that is being renovated, safety and comfort for customers are number 1. Pia Hotel should cover the renovated parts with a tarpaulin or something. Improve the hotel's performance standards again.

The hotel is nice, the view is directly to the sea. As for the room, it's just so-so. The staff is also diverse, some are nice and some are rude 😁

The receptionist was rude, insisted on charging for an extra bed even though there was no extra bed, luckily we also insisted on asking for proof and in the end we were not charged. On the day we asked for an extra bed, we informed at 4pm, the extra bed was forgotten to be installed until 9pm. Not recommended at all. The door to the balcony can't be locked, it's very dangerous for those with children, the shower is old, the water flows very slowly, the hole is already blocked, the breakfast menu is also the same, the fried rice tastes like the rice is given with ketchup and the sauce, the fish don't taste the seasoning, even though the place to eat the surroundings are nice, not worth it basically paying 650 for room facilities for 200rban. I ordered here because I thought I would be able to go straight to the beach, it turns out that the beach is open to the public and dirty, if you want to go to the swimming pool it's complicated, you have to use a voucher and it's only available from 9-17. The floor and playground in the swimming pool are not very child friendly, very slippery, smooth white marble made in the swimming pool, try it. Very disappointed. Next to Sibolga, it's better to stay at a normal accommodation plus find food outside, everything is delicious. There is no non-smoking area, even in the elevator and in the corridors of the rooms people smoke, it smells really bad, it's like staying in a hostel.
