The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, if you bring a lot of luggage, it can feel cramped, making it more suitable for backpackers. Plus, there's a view from the second-floor hallway, along with a painting of the Jogja Monument.

I've stayed at Hotel Pules twice. It's comfortable. This time I got a free family room. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is friendly. I'd recommend not turning off the water in the bathroom until you check out. Please fix the faucet so the water doesn't suddenly stop.

We apologize for the uncomfortable room, as the walls were covered in mold, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and some of the mattresses were damp. It was all rather unclean.

location close to malioboro, can walk. room facilities are ok, cold air conditioner, clean, fragrant. bathroom is also clean, just can't get toothpaste and brush. room is not soundproof, can hear people walking by and chatting outside the room. but can repeat staying here again 👍

The location is very strategic because it is close to Malioboro Street so it is just a walk. The service is very good, the ladies/gentlemen are all friendly. Because there is no elevator, it was a bit difficult to carry the suitcase, but luckily the staff at the hotel immediately helped lift it to the second floor. The comfort of the room was lacking in my opinion because the first time I entered the room, the room smelled of the toilet and when we checked it turned out that the toilet door could not be closed properly so for 6 nights there we always used a pen to keep it closed properly. Then I was also surprised when I stayed there, there was a small centipede coming out of the wall next to the window and sneaking under the bed. The last thing that made it uncomfortable was every morning the sound of the toilet or whatever flow was so loud that it kept waking me up. Even though the service from the hotel employees was very good, the comfort of the building itself was lacking.

Quite comfortable, the room size is small but enough for resting.
