Had a good experience, definitely worth the price. My only suggestion is if you can change the pillows as I got the really hard ones.

Everything is okay, it's just a shame that breakfast is not a buffet but delivered to the room so the menu is not complete.

The AC wasn't cold. The phone was dead. They said it would be fixed and the staff would come. I waited... But until the next day I checked out, there was no news. Even though the room was very close to the receptionist. There was no information if the staff would come or not to fix it. The food was also finished at 7 am. I waited a long time for a refill.

For the indoor AC, it was dripping quite a lot, after being repaired for about 20 minutes it returned to normal but not lower than 20°C

The staff is friendly. The bedroom is clean and spacious, and most importantly, the toilet has all the necessary facilities. It's really cool.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the location is quite strategic, there are many places to eat around the hotel, the AC is cold, the rooms and lobby are clean, and there is plenty of parking.
