Overall it's good, but the water coming out of the sink, toilet and shower is dirty, aka black and sandy.

Close to the city center so you can go anywhere close, the price is very friendly, the restaurant has delicious food that suits your palate, the security guards, receptionists and friends are friendly and polite, the rooms are clean... maybe the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved...

Cheap hotel, city center with spacious rooms and decent breakfast. It's pretty good. Only the AC is not cold enough.

The lights in the bathroom are not bright enough. The variety of food at breakfast is not varied enough. The car parking lot is not spacious enough.

can request a room, because we once spent the night at 88 viu at the window when the air conditioner was not working so it was uncomfortable, finally the next night we requested a viu on the road, and finally now when we spend the night we choose a viu that looks out onto the highway

The hot water in the bathroom is not on at all even though I have waited for 1 hour.. The AC in the living room is not cold at all, the bathtub needs to be replaced because some are peeling, there are not enough car parking facilities,..Maybe it can be made better because it would be a shame if the customer is disappointed, especially if they have only stayed once. For now, that's how it is. Thank you

Overall everything is good and according to the request ✅ but what is really unfortunate is the cleanliness of the room area (dust accumulates in the cupboard area under the TV and table) and the smell in the bathroom area 🥺. Hopefully in the future it will become one of the hotels for staycations with family

The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant, the hotel is close to Indomaret, the famous Apong noodles in Jember, close to the town square, only the bathroom shower is old-fashioned.

The room was clean, the receptionist, security guard, and other staff were also friendly. Unfortunately, some of the facilities in the room were broken, and even though I called a technician, it still wasn't fixed. Then I was woken up early in the morning, told to move the car because there was a hotel vehicle that was going out. Even though the security guard was the one who parked it at night, in the parking lot provided. It turned out that there was a hotel vehicle tucked away at the end. If I really needed to go out early, I should have parked my car somewhere else at night, or asked if I was willing to be woken up early or not.

Pretty good for the price per room—booked on the same day. The room is quite comfortable, if only it didn’t smell of cigarettes. If it was just 1 room, it would be okay. I rented 3 rooms, all three of them smelled of cigarettes. Maybe because I took the cheapest one, too. With breakfast, too. Each room was quite clean and tidy, but coincidentally, there was one room whose toilet was difficult to flush for defecation. It had to be flushed several times before it was clean. There was no problem for urinating. In the end, we had to defecate in 2 other rooms. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not bad. But the food from room service was still better. The price of food at room service was also not too expensive, still standard cafe.
