The only hotel in Puncak that has been our family's favorite for decades. Nothing has changed, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and the air is cool. The hotel maintains its vintage ambiance, the food is also 5-star, and the staff are incredibly professional. It's well worth it, even though the journey to Puncak is always fraught with traffic jams.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, even though it is an old hotel, it is still well maintained.

Here's my experience staying at Puncak Pass Resort: 1. The air is unfailingly fresh, given its location at the top. 2. Room cleanliness: There are some areas that could be improved, especially the bathroom. 3. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but perhaps not quite to my taste.

The rooms are nice and very well-maintained. However, it would be much better if the breakfast menu could offer more variety or types of side dishes.

Very easy access, the location is the coolest, the garden is spacious and well-maintained, it's very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied, and I hope the service continues to be consistent.

Never disappointed staying at Puncak Pass, it's always a place I definitely visit every time I go to Puncak.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Puncak Pass Resort Hotel. The kids loved the cool, clean air and ample play space. The rooms were quite comfortable and had no issues. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. We'll definitely be back again for a relaxing stay.

The staff is very friendly. There are plenty of sports activities to choose from (soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts). The views and atmosphere are beautiful. The only downside is that it's located on the main road, so traffic noise can be quite disturbing.

The food at the cafe is absolutely delicious. You have to try the poffertjes if you're here. The views are amazing, and it's really nice to walk around the resort. The air is also very fresh. The staff are all friendly. The rooms are perfectly clean, not a speck of dust.

The view from the room is very nice and it is quite cool even though the room is without air conditioning.
