Very comfortable... Clean... Not too far from the city.. Not noisy... Only a small thing that is quite annoying is that there is no trash can in the room and there are no hangers for clothes or towels in the bathroom... There is no hot water for bathing... For a very friendly price..

We stayed in a junior suite. The plus side was the reasonable price, the cool Javanese-inspired setting, and the pool and billiards area. However, upon entering, it looked like it had been abandoned for a long time and was dusty. The walls were damp, and the kids were itchy when they slept there. Hopefully, the cleanliness and maintenance will be improved in the future.

The service is excellent, every morning we are served warm tea and snacks.

The parking attendant is on standby 24 hours, so if you want to go out at night you don't have to bother opening your own pager 😁 minus the TV which can't be watched, everything else is ok.

Rooms are okay, clean. But the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work so the water is cold, the toilet also smells like the drain isn't running smoothly, there is a refrigerator but it's broken😪, the TV has a broken screen so the picture is broken🥹. Please evaluate in the future so that visitors are more satisfied. Thank You.

Pelayanan ramah, harga murah bukan murahan, ada kolam renangnya, ada meja billiard nya, cocok untuk foto-foto, sayangnya TV di kamar saya sudah agak jelek untuk ditonton, mungkin bisa diganti yang baru, tapi selebihnya ok.
