The hotel is comfortable and clean, I like it

The hotel staff is unfriendly and suspicious.

Check in after getting off the Damri Sintang-Pontianak bus. Just walk straight ahead to the Garuda Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. I was very satisfied with room 207, which had a window.

Strategic location and good service, only the road is sometimes opened and closed

I used to always subscribe to Hotel Garuda in the 2000s, but yesterday I tried to stay, the hotel was hot, the AC didn't work.

It was a pleasure staying at Garuda, very comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the elevator happened to be broken. The food was delicious, but perhaps lacking in variety. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Not so good. I was given a room that didn't match the attached picture. Even though it was an executive room. I booked on the 4th. The picture showed a window, but the one I was given didn't have a picture. Garuda Hotel is disappointing.
