The amenities didn't match the description. The room floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was especially dirty and smelly. The TV and AC wouldn't work, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. I was disappointed. Despite the low price, at least cleanliness should be a priority for a comfortable stay.

The waiters are very friendly, the food is also quite delicious, but please check the freshness of the seafood because I got an allergy because maybe the seafood was not fresh enough, the interior is comfortable, there is a lift but it can't be used, hopefully it can continue to improve.

Cleanliness Suggestions 1. Better to vacuum or maximize the cleanliness of the bathroom and the entire room area. Starting from sheets, blankets, floors, chairs. 2. The bathroom is better given air freshener at least to minimize the smell. Maybe for other users who want to stay at this hotel, you need to bring your own toiletries and towels. Provide wind oil for itching (for those with sensitive skin).

The room is not soundproof, cannot access the elevator, from the 3rd floor to the lobby must go down the stairs. We're kind of regular visitors here. My Dutch best friend loves staying here during his holiday in Bandung. He likes the staff friendliness and fast service whenever he requested assistance. The Wi-Fi connection needs improvement though. Overall, it's a cool place to stay. Keep improving ya Montameri.
