OK, I've stayed here a few times and I'm quite satisfied.

The food is good, although the hotel is old and clean, it's just that the towels haven't been changed for a long time, they smell a bit.

Friendly staff and close to the city center. A small suggestion: rooms should have a list of front office phone numbers so guests don't get confused when they need to contact the front office.

Staying here for the Wonosobo Balloon Festival offers convenient access to nearby attractions, affordable rates, and breakfast included. Breakfast is open until 10 a.m., so you can enjoy breakfast right after the festival ends.

Many people say it's scary, but I don't think so. The view of the mountain is visible in the morning when the weather is clear.

There is no access to the wifi, there are facilities but they don't have the code for the wifi.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is close to the city center and the room is clean and comfortable.

Overall, the service and cleanliness were excellent. I'd like to add a little feedback, perhaps by checking the trash cans in the rooms and bathrooms more closely. There were tissue scraps still in the trash cans when I arrived yesterday. Thank you.

Suggestion...if possible, change the hotel's atmosphere so it doesn't look like an old and scary hotel...heheh

My first time staying at Surya Asia. The hotel is located on the main road, across from a 24-hour minimarket and a large parking area, but unfortunately, it's very noisy at night walking in front of the hotel. Luckily, I got a room on the second floor right next to the road. My rest was really restless, perhaps the room interior could be improved to make it more soundproof. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub and a nice shower, but the toilet probably couldn't be replaced because the color was dirty and full of stains, making it look dirty. The room lighting also seemed gloomy because it all used yellow lamps.

Honestly, I wanted to give it a perfect score. Unfortunately, the room, although air-conditioned, wasn't soundproof. The wood still had ventilation holes, and when we stayed overnight on New Year's Eve, lots of motorbikes were speeding past, so my wife couldn't sleep until 3 a.m.

A great location in the city center, but the breakfast menu isn't extensive, so I had to eat that. I booked a junior suite, which was spacious, but it wasn't soundproof because it faced the main road. As the night went on, the noise from the highway became more pronounced, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's clean, and the staff are friendly and kind. Thank you.
