It was really comfortable staying here, the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were really good.

The staff was very polite and quick to respond when needed. The rooms were large, fragrant, and well-maintained despite the hotel's age. The outdoor soaking area was especially appealing. Thank you.

I stayed in a suite. This hotel used to be the best in Garut, established in 1964. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, and towels. Some of the furniture is dated. The hot spring pool is the best in Garut. However, the hotel also rents it out to guests who are not staying at the hotel, so the pool is sometimes crowded. The hotel area feels quite cramped. Breakfast is limited in variety but delicious. Food and drinks at the restaurant are affordable.

I booked a hotel from June 12th for the top floor, and on the day it was said to be empty, only because there was someone else there.

The hotel staff is very friendly but the hotel parking area is very limited, especially if it's a long weekend, it takes effort to park or get in and out of the hotel

If there are more than 5 stars I will give it haha especially for the Arutala Grand Deluxe Room, it seems like this room is newly renovated so it's really nice, the design is modern and the facilities are really good. Overall I'm satisfied staying here. Worth the price. It seems like this hotel is underrated even though it's nice and comfortable.

The parking lot is always full of people swimming The swimming pool is full of outsiders, not those staying overnight. Access to the location is congested because of parking and many lodgings too

I've stayed here several times and it's comfortable

The hotel is good even though it is a bit old, the ceramic floor is already dull, the AC is noisy, the swimming pool is very crowded because it is also open to the public, but the water is crystal clear...

The food tasted lacking and bland And coincidentally there was an incident so I couldn't enjoy the pool, The bathroom was very slippery huhuhu

All good except 1 lack of breakfast is very little variety for Buffett. The most enjoyable is the hot water pool and therapy pool, also the friendly staff.
